Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by Scorpion Labs ("we", "us", "our"), including Sudoku Original, Flap King Infinity and Chess Realms (the "Games"), and this website. By downloading, installing or using the Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the Games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the Google Play Store.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Games.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Games, except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks or unauthorized third-party software.
• Interfere with or disrupt advertisements, or generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions.
• Use the Games for any unlawful purpose.

3. Purchases and virtual items

Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as ad removal or virtual items. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Advertising

The Games may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

5. Intellectual property

The Games, including their code, graphics, audio, characters, names, logos and other content, are owned by Scorpion Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any Game or feature at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required to continue using a Game. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or free of errors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scorpion Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Games.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Scorpion Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
